I. PERSONAL DATA

In general, you can visit the NEXEREN website without providing any personal information about yourself. In any event, you are in no way obliged to supply this information to NEXEREN.

6. Response times

NEXEREN undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition, or any other additional request for information, within a reasonable period of time that may not exceed one (1) month from receipt of your request.

7. Authorized service providers and transfer to a third country within the European Union

NEXEREN informs you that it uses its authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have sent to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and have communication of data collected through the various forms on the website (except the form allowing you to exercise your data protection rights which is offered and processed by NEXEREN).

NEXEREN has previously ensured that its service providers have implemented adequate guarantees and compliance with strict conditions regarding the confidentiality, use and protection of data. In particular, vigilance has focused on the existence of a legal basis for any transfer of data to a third country. As such, one of our service providers is subject to Binding Corporate Rules that were approved by the CNIL in 2016, while the others obey not only Standard Contractual Clauses but also the Privacy Shield.
