Thanks to our double TIER III certification, we are bound by our contract with you to achieving and maintaining the highest levels of service (SLA).

WHAT GUARANTEES DOES CERTIFICATION BRING?

TIER III Design

This certification guarantees future customers hosted in the Datacenters that the installations provided correspond to the initial design and therefore deliver an availability rate of over 99.98%.

To obtain it, all design documents are submitted to Uptime Institute experts who validate their appropriateness.

All subsystems, be they electrical, mechanical, surveillance or automation, are therefore critically reviewed and, if necessary, corrected to achieve target values.

TIER III Facility

Our first TIER III-certified Datacenter has multiple power supply and cooling systems, and multiple systems in place for updates.

All the components of this Datacenter are selected and implemented to ensure maintenance can be carried out on them without stopping IT production.

To achieve this, all components and distribution channels are redundant. The electrical back-up power supply must be dimensioned to run at full load indefinitely, should the need arise.

Risk and hazard are therefore not equivalent, and the operational performance of our datacenters is maintained and guaranteed.
