NEXEREN is the only Datacenter operator in France to have obtained double Tier III – Design and Facility Certification by the Uptime Institute.
This level of certification guarantees a very high level of availability – with a 99.98% commitment – and maximum maintainability. Redundancy is built in to all equipment, so that no on-site intervention can interrupt IT production.
Our Datacenter management and operation process complies with ISO 27001 – which certifies optimal management to achieve the highest level of data security – and ISO 14001, which certifies optimal management of environmental aspects.
NEXEREN has also obtained Health Data Hosting approval (HDS), enabling us to host all the equipment used by healthcare stakeholders, while respecting their specific business constraints.
NEXEREN is also Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant, enabling us to host and secure payment card data.
High level physical security
We provide a high level of physical security, from building design to infrastructure security and access/movement management (airlocks, authentication, badge identification, video surveillance, intrusion detection, 24-hour surveillance, etc.).
Fire safety is enhanced by a dedicated detection system and a water mist extinguishing system; a technology that is both environmentally friendly and does not damage equipment.
